Questions about Shippings
Our shipping times differ depending on the country you are in. If your order has been placed in Europe, it usually takes us between 10 and 25 days to make the deliveries. For orders placed in America, shipping is done in 15-25 days. For the rest of the world we usually take between 20 and 30 days.
Thanks to the existence of our warehouses in different countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Germany or the United Kingdom, many of our shipments can shorten delivery times on a regular basis.
La mayoría de nuestros productos vienen de lugares distantes como Estados Unidos, China o Japón. Por lo tanto, es posible que algunos envíos superen los tiempos de entrega establecidos. En tal caso, aconsejamos tener paciencia. Los pedidos se entregarán con total seguridad dentro de un plazo extra razonable.
Si pasados 30 días de tu compra no has recibido el producto, contáctanos a través del formulario de incidencias y trataremos tu caso lo más rápido posible.
Cuando realizas tu compra, se te asigna un número de pedido. Éste se te comunica a través del email de confirmación de pedido. Puedes ver un ejemplo en la imagen a continuación:

Nuestro proceso de envío de pedidos es claro y sencillo:
You place the order and we prepare it in your country of origin, which can be very varied (United States, China, Canada, Brazil, India, Germany, Spain ...).
From your country of origin, we ship it in air cargo (by plane) to your destination country.
Once the product reaches your country, we send it through the Post Office or another logistics operator to your location.
When the package arrives in your municipality, the corresponding logistics operator is responsible for delivering it to you.
We believe that this procedure is the most comfortable and simple for all parties.
We will send your purchase from the closest place to where you are. We have warehouses in several countries of the world, such as Spain, France, USA, China, Germany and many more.
We use many different shipping companies: Correos, La Poste, DHL, GLS, Celeritas, Royal Mail, among many others.

Once 24 hours have passed or your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Still, you can request a full refund. You just have to wait for the receipt of the order and send it back to our offices or warehouses in your country. Once we receive the order, we will refund the amount of your purchase.
If you bought the product less than 24 hours ago, write to us at bavalushop@gmail.com requesting the cancellation. The money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.
The tracking information may not yet be synced with the fulfillment agency. Try it again in a few hours and you will surely be able to follow up normally. It is also common for us to use regular mail on certain products. This type of shipment has certain limitations in terms of tracking.
Nothing happens. If the products are different, it is very possible that we ship them from different warehouses. Therefore, you will receive them on different days.
Sometimes we will send your order by Ordinary Mail or Urgent Ordinary Mail. These types of shipments do not have tracking and therefore, you will not be able to see the progress of the shipments on the "Locate your package" page. The order you see corresponds to that of another client, from another country, which by chance has the same traceability number as yours, with the difference that yours is traceable. In case this happens to you, don't worry, there is no problem with your shipment and it will be delivered to the address you provided.
